HOW TO TRACK CHANGES?
CLICK HERE to watch a quick video on a step-by-step guide on how to turn on track changes in an MS Word file.
Watch the video carefully, as each student will be required to use this feature in the documents that we work on together during our admission consulting process.
For essay editing, we will use this system instead of Google Docs. MS Word is much more robust and filled with important features that support us to ensure your editing process is managed smoothly. Let's take a quick tutorial on how to use the TRACK CHANGES feature of Microsoft Word.
All About MS Word Track Changes!

WHY USE TRACK CHANGES?
This feature allows you to record every change you make to a document as a COLORED MARKUP. When working on documents over a period of time, this feature proves to be very useful.
If you delete text, it will not disappear from the document and still be available to you as crossed-out text.
If you add text, it will be underlined. This feature allows you to see edits before making the changes permanent.
The image shows what a document with all changes tracked in the markup looks like.
We hope the video helped you learn how to use this super easy but very important tool of MS Word.
